A. Suffolk Park is a beachside suburb of Byron Bay on
Tallow's Beach. Tallow's Beach runs between the Byron
Bay lighthouse and Broken Head.

Q. How far from Byron centre?
A. The house is approx 10 minutes drive.

Q. Where is the beach?
A. Just walk out the back door and take the 1 minute walk through a pristine piece of coastal bushland and over the dune to the amazingly beautiful Tallow's Beach.

Q. How far is Ana Mandara from the local
shopping centre?
A. The house is a 15 minute walk to the shops.

Q. What's at the local shopping centre?
A. There is a hotel (including bottle shop and bistro),
well appointed Spar grocery store, Post Office, pharmacy, pizza restaurant and takeaway, Indian restaurant and
takeaway, hamburger takeaway, bakery and video store.

Q. Are linen and towels supplied as part of the rental?
A. All linen and bath towels supplied.

Q. What type of kitchen facilities does the house have?
A. The kitchen is fully fitted out with stainless steel
appliances and an ice-maker fridge.

Q. BBQ?
A. There is a BBQ out on the beachside deck.

Q. Fireplace?
A. There is a fireplace, which is perfect for those cosy
Winter evenings.

Q. Pool?
A. There is a pool on the beachfront side of the house.

Q. How big is the pool?
A. The pool is approx 5m long.

Q. Local transport?
A. The local bus stops right outside the front door.

Q. What can we do in Byron Bay?
A. There are plenty of things to do in Byron from surf
lessons, cooking lessons and yoga classes to attending
local markets to buy fresh produce, or visiting a health
